All Sales Are Final (Custom & Personalized Items) Because all of our products—including custom tumblers—are made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.

Order Accuracy Please double-check all spelling and order details before purchasing. BB Designs is not responsible for typos or mistakes provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or we made an error on your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bbdesignsbygsk@gmail.com with clear photos so we can send you a replacement.
